Despite making content on restaurant tech and how it's improving, covering stories every week on new launches, and working 1:1 with you folks in coaching sessions, it still doesn't feel like enough.
Not only is the pace moving exponentially faster, but just hearing about a tool/plug-in/software/workflow/integration is very different from actually using it in your day-to-day.
On top of that, we're using a lot of AI ourselves and experiencing (what often feels like) magic in what we're able to leverage in our output.
The goal is very similar to the early days of Total Station Domination: work closely with a cohort of "alpha" individuals, to both deliver results and develop this thing alongside you and your context.
We're aiming for 5 more chefs/operators to jam on a quick 15 minute call - instructions on how to put your hand up at the bottom of this email!
